K Line just completed the installation of my impact rated front entrance door and impact rated windows and door of my entire patio. They're fabulous. K Line took care of everything from filing the work permit, to installing the products, and to the final Building and Fire Department inspections. The Building Inspector even complimented the installation saying "better than most I see". I couldn't ask for more. I am so glad we chose K-Line Windows & Doors to upgrade our windows to impact. Their pricing was significantly less for the same windows than other estimates & their payment terms 50% at order, 45% after installation & 5% after final inspection are ethically & customarily standard. Others wanted payment in full prior to installation. And the quality of their in house installers was first class. Andre & Jonah did a beautiful job, we’re so pleasant & unobtrusive & did a fantastic job of clean up at the end of each day. Esta Compania te Ofrece un excelente servicio desde que haces tu primera cita por telefono donde amablemente te explican todo el proceso , hasta su instalacion. Hoy en dia es muy dificil encontrar personal honesto que trabaje no solo arduamente si no que con abnegacion hacen un limpio , ordenado y espectacular trabajo a la hora de su instalacion . Quedas inpactado pues no solo hacen un bello trabajo ademas te explican en detalle los pasos a seguir y las ventajas de el producto que has comprado . The windows are beautiful and most importantly the customer service was excellent. The installers were professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job!
