Limited Lifetime Installation Guarantee Impact Window & Door Installation – Florida

Thank you for choosing K Line Impact Windows & Doors. We stand behind our workmanship and high-quality products built to protect your home. This guarantee protects your installation for as long as you own your property.

What’s Covered
We warrant that the workmanship of your impact-rated window and/or door installation will be free from installation defects for as long as you own your home. If a defect is found, we will repair or reinstall the affected unit at no charge.

What’s Not Covered
• Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
• Structural movement or foundation shifts
• Hurricanes, storms, floods, lightning, or other natural events
• Normal wear (fading, chalking, cosmetic imperfections)
• Seal failure, glass breakage, or hardware defects (see manufacturer warranty)
• Corrosion from salt air, chemicals, or environmental exposure
• Water intrusion from sprinklers, pressure washing, or poor maintenance
• Interior finishes (drywall, paint, flooring) unless directly caused by defective installation
• Work altered/repaired by others

Your Maintenance Responsibilities
• Keep tracks, weep holes, and drainage areas clear
• Lubricate hardware periodically
• Inspect and replace caulking as needed

Building Code Compliance
All installations follow Florida Building Code and local regulations at the time of installation.

Breach of Contract
This guarantee (and the manufacturer’s warranty) is void if the customer is in breach of contract, including non-payment, until obligations are satisfied.

How to Make a Claim
1. Notify us in writing within 30 days of discovering an issue
2. Provide proof of purchase and photos, if possible
3. Allow access for inspection and service

Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to repair or reinstallation. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, property value, or living expenses) as permitted under Florida law.

Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
